This item had free shipping. After 2 weeks, I still did not have it. This was 2 days after the projected delivery date. I tried to track this item, and it was very frustrating as it never appeared to move from one delivery point to another. (4 days at a stop is just not real, but nothing I could do about it.) As I was leaving town, I cancelled it. No one seemed to know where it was, although I had a notice that it was delivered to the Local Post Office. Amazon credited my account and were very polite in the e-mail they sent, but I would rather have the item. Free shipping is not such a good deal after all. I will explore other options for monitoring my sump pump system. Happy with my shopping experience ?????? Nope....... Will I come back ? Only if it is to my advantage with price, etc. Probably not. Too many places have a better shipping system.
