Ok, been using these now for what? 5 or more years. They quit every year. Outdoor and Indoor ones. I'm not going to buy anymore because they just don't make these sturdy enough.

If I pay $1000 for a system with the addons I want 10 years of service. I don't want to replace the cams one at a time every year or two. So annoying. We wouldn't mind if one set that we bought worked for even say...5 years. We paid $1000, so at $200 a year, I guess that's just okay, but overall, not worth the money.

Their warranty service is horrible. You have to jump through hoops just to get them to send you another one...hours and hours of working through support and they go to a higher level....it is so frustrating. Sorry, but that's the truth. We don't live in a hot climate either....we take care of things....no reason they should stop working.
